Cook's Notes

Taken from "Better Homes" Aug 2002 issue: Blackberries/raspberries appear to have strong anticancer properties and may offer specific protection against esophagus and colon cancer plus berries contain special compounds that protect the body and brain against effects of aging, such as arthritis and Alzheimer's disease. In general, the darker the berry the greater the antioxidant potential.

Eat your breakfast. It's easy, inexpensive and good. This combination meal will last you about a week and a half - just watch your portions.
