Chicken spaghetti casserole

This cheesy version of spaghetti with a twist is a hit with my 5 1/2 year old.

Ingredients

1 fryer or 1 lb Ground Chicken
1 Bell Pepper chopped
1 Onion, chopped
1 Small can Ro-Tel
1 Small can cream of mushroom soup(optional)
1 lb Block Velveeta
1 Small jar pimentos
16 oz Package of spaghetti
1 can Chiken broth
3/4 stick Margarine
3 Mexican shredded Cheese

Preparation

Boil chicken and chop into bite size pieces or brown ground chicken.Saute onion and bell Pepper in Margarine.Boil spaghetti in Chicken broth.Add remain ingredients into pan with peppers and onion.Put some spaghetti in bottom of 9X13 pan spoon in meat and cheese mixture layer remaining Spahetti .Sprinkle 3 cheese Mexican shredded cheese on top.Bake 25 mins at 400.Serve with Garlic bread

Cook's Notes

This is wonderful.It doesn't take long at all.Since you use the Rotel you don't need salt while your cooking the meat.It has plenty of flavor.
My son asks for this regularly.
