add the egg,oil,Vannilla and sugar. Mix well. Add the sugar and then the flour. Mix well. Then the most inportant add the shreaded apples and mix well. When oven is preheated grease the bans that you are useing and put dough in small circles about 1 1/2 inches appart. Bake when cookies looke brown on edges.
