1 Whole banana sliced
1/4 cup Sugar
3 tablespoons Butter
1 Whole pita ripped apart in to pieces (about same size of banana slices)
In frying pan, add butter and cook pita bread.
before browning add sugar. then add bananas once you think the bread is close to being ready. (meaning, brown) i actually like the bread crispy.
then serve!
i've never tried this with honey instead sugar. the honey might cook better, who knows!
