Ingredients

2 tomatoes [1c]

3 oz. Albacore tuna packed in water [3P]

1 tablespoon Light mayonnaise [3F]

Chopped celery and onion to taste

1 apple [2c]

Preparation

Drain tuna. Mix mayonnaise, celery and onion. Stuff into tomato.
