Sweet and Spicy Tuna Salad (The Zone)

Ingredients

Ingredients:

2 oz Canned tuna in water [2P]

1/4 cup Low-fat cottage cheese [1P]

1/3 cup Celery

1/2 cup Onion [1/2C]

1/2 cup Snow peas [1/2C]

2 teaspoons Powdered fructose [1C]

9 Olives [3F]

2 tbsp. Chopped parsley

1 tbsp. Capers

1 tbsp. Lemon juice

1/2 tbsp. Dry mustard

1/4 tsp. Ground pepper

1 Tossed salad [1C]

Preparation

Combine all ingredients (except salad) in mixing bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to blend flavors. Serve over tossed salad
