Cheesy breaded chicken...yum!

Ingredients

1/2 c. Seasoned breadcrumbs

2 Chicken breasts, flattened

1/2 t. Oregano

4 slices Provolone cheese

1 t. Butter

Parsley

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place breadcrumbs in a shallow dish; press both sides of chicken into the crumbs. Place the coated chicken in a greased 9x13" baking pan. Sprinkle with oregano. Top with cheese & dot with butter. Finish with a light sprinkle of parsley. Bake 15-20 minutes or until no longer pink.
