Brown meat with seasonings. While meat is hot, add beans & mix well. Keep warm.
Warm tortillas so they're easier to work with. Spoon meat mixture into tortilla & add cheese on top of meat. Fold tortilla.
In a skillet, heat approx. 1/2 inch oil. Place tortilla in hot oil flap-side down; brown on all sides. Drain on a paper towel before serving.
