This is a healthy, quick & easy meal!

Ingredients

1 - 1/2 c. Cooked white rice

16 oz. Black beans, rinsed & drained

1 c. Salsa

1/2 t. Onion powder

1 c. Shredded cheese

4 Flour tortillas

1 c. Shredded lettuce

Sour cream, otional

Preparation

In medium saucepan, combince rice, beans, salsa, & onion powder over med-lo heat. Cook until heated through - about 4 minutes. Remove from heat & add cheese. Spoon mixture into each tortilla & top with lettuce & sour cream, if desired. Serve immediately.
