Ingredients

220g Can tuna in brine drained
113g Mushrooms sliced
113g Low fat cheddar cheese
142ml Skimmed milk
113g Frozen peas
90g Low Fat Crisps
Large Onion Chopped
2 Medium size eggs
Pepper

Preparation

In a large bowl mix together tuna, onion, mushroom and 1/2 the cheese. Beat together the eggs pepper and milk. Pour over tuna mixture and mix well. Place in an oven proof dish sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake

in a pre-heated oven 150c/350f/Gas mark 4 for around 40 minutes.

Cook's Notes

The amount of tuna used can be doubled and the recipe still works well, it just has a stonger taste. it will also work with canned salmon. I have not included salt in the recipe as the crisps and cheese contain enough!
