This is very easy and tastes delicious. It has all the nutrients needed for a healthy breakfast without alot of calories.
1 cup Nonfat milk
1/2 Banana
1/2 cup Plain lowfat yogurt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 teaspoons Sugar
1/4 cup Bran flakes
1/2 cup Ice
Place all ingredients in blender and blend for 4 or 5 minutes. Pour into large glass and drink. Stir with a spoon every now and then to keep bran in drink. Can be made with strawberries or peaches. Excellent and fast.
