Ingredients
1 bag Bean sprouts
Salt & pepper
4 Eggs
Oil
For Sauce...
3 tbsp Ketchup
2 tbsp White wine
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 Chicken bouillon cube
1/3 cup Water
1 1/2 tsp Corn starch
Garnish...
2 Scallions - minced
Preparation
Cut open the bag of bean sprouts. Microwave it for 1-2 min. Add salt & pepper to taste. Place them on the plates.
Deep-fry an egg in the oil. Fry all eggs one by one. Place fried eggs on the bed of bean sprouts.
Meanwhile, heat sauce ingredients in a sauce pan stiring until mixed and heated through. Pour this sauce over eggs.
Sprinkle with minced scallion.
