Cornflakes and sesame seeds add the crunch to this crispy crunchy chicken

Ingredients
2 1/2 to 3 pounds Chicken parts
1 cup Cornflake crumbs
1/4 cup Sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
3 to 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
Preparation
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2) Wash chicken & dry well
3) Combine cornflake crumbs, sesame seeds, salt & pepper in a shallow dish
4) Coat chicken lightly with mayo.
5) Roll the coated pieces in the cornflake mixture, then place side by side in a shallow baking dish.
6) Bake uncovered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours (turn smaller pieces halfway through cooking period)
Cook's Notes
Low-fat mayo does not work too well with this recipe
