I followed this recipe to the "T" and it turned out really well. This meal was easy and quick. My family liked it and we will be making it again.

Soooooo good and super-easy to make. I used meat tenderizer and let them sit for 1/2 hour before cooking them. Also, I used real olive oil instead of cooking spray and panko bread crumbs seasoned with a bit of garlic powder and parsley. I didn't have jarred garlic, so I used fresh (through a garlic press -- maybe 8 cloves?). LOVED it! Went so well with the mashed potatoes and broccoli. Kids chowed it down! Yum!

Flavorful, ultra-simple and quick to make. I used cubed steaks, so it cut out one more step. Everyone enjoyed it!
