| 1 lb. | Top round steak, select grade, tenderized by butcher |
| 1/3 c. | Seasoned bread crumbs |
| 1 tsp. | Chopped garlic (from jar) |
| | Juice of 2 limes |
Cut steak into 4 pieces. Place breadcrumbs in saucer and press both sides of steak into crumbs.
Place in non-stick skillet generously sprayed with olive oil spray. Cook over medium heat 3 minutes on first side.
Remove steak, respray skillet and sprinkle garlic into pan. Cook steak 3 minutes on other side. Check for doneness and continue cooking 2 to 3 more minutes until as done as you like.
Squeeze juice of half a lime over each steak. Serve immediately.
