Caprese Antipastics (Mozzarella and Tomato Sticks)

Ingredients

1 package 8-inch bamboo skewers

1 pint Cherry or grape tomatoes

2 (1 pound) tubs bocconcini (small balls of fresh mozzarella), drained

24 Leaves fresh basil

Extra-virgin oil, for drizzling

Salt and pepper

Preparation

For caprese stickes, skwere tomatoes and bocconcini bites, placing basil leaves between them. Drizzle these stickes with extra-virgin oil and season with salt and pepper, to your taste.
