Ingredients
6 Salmon filets
5 tbsp Soy sauce (reduced sodium)
5 tbsp Red wine (or sherry)
3 teaspoons Ginger
Minced garlic (tons)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a large ziplock baggie. Let marinade at least 1 hour. Place in 9 by 13 baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees until fish flaky and completely cooked.
