This simple, classic combination is great served with a salad.<br />

Ingredients
1 Crust (mix, refrigerated or bread machine)
1/2 pound Fresh mozzarella, sliced (available in large supermarkets and specialty food shops)
1/3 cup Basil, fresh, chopped
2 Medium Tomatoes, sliced
1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
2 1/2 tablespoons Olive oil
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 425. Press the dough into a 10-inch pizza pan. Sprinkle on 1/2 of the oil. Add the tomato slices. Top with the cheese slices. Add the garlic and basil. Sprinkle on the remaining oil. Bake for 20 minutes (or until the crust is lightly browned).
