Roasted Pepper Dip<br /> Serve this as a dip for fresh vegetables like celery, carrots or cauliflower.<br /> Makes 1 3/4 cups<br />
1/2 cup Sour cream
8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
1 cup Roasted red peppers, chopped (canned)
Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until blended. Serve immediately (or cover and refrigerate until needed).
