Ingredients

2 Small sweet potatoes
1/4 c Toasted almonds or pecans
Dash cinnamon
Dash nutmeg
Sea salt
Two Orange wedges

Preparation

Heat oven 400 degrees

prick sweet potatoes with fork and wrap in foil

bake until tender, about an hour

unwrap split top and top with nuts, seasoning and juice from orange wedges
