Ingredients

Pick a variety of vegies

Broccoli

Cauliflower

Mushrooms

Onions

Carrots

Celery

Bok choy

Tomatoes

Olive oil

Parmesan cheese

Spices

Preparation

Cut up vegies and place in a quart ziploc bag. Pour in one tablespoon oil, parmesan cheese and favorite spices.

Zip up baggie.Microwave for three minutes.
