Shreaded Carrots add fiber and filler.

Ingredients

1/2 lb Carrots - grated fine

1 cup Lowfat cheese shreaded

1 cup Rocatta chesse & spices (garlic, thyme, rosmailry)

1 box Lasana shells

1 jar Tom sauce

Varity of veggies(brocilli,onions,etc)

1/4 cup Garlic salt

Veggie meets

Preparation

spread tom sauce in baking dish. layer pasta shells, then sauce, the rocatta, then veggies, then sauce. Repeat. Add meet in layers if wanted. Top with sauce shreaded chesse and onions.
