This is my version of an Asian noodle soup, but it is made with low carb delicious kelp noodles instead of regular ramen or other noodles. This recipe has been tested with my family, and they love it! It is versatile and can be seasoned different ways to suit the cook's preferences.

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground beef
1 pkg Kelp noodles
1 cup Beef broth (adjust to preference)
1 cup Water (adjust to preference)
1/4 cup Onions
1/4 cup Garlic
2 tbsp Aminos and/or tamari sauce
Seasonings (cook's preference)
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
1. Brown ground beef in pan with onions and garlic before putting it into a pot. Or, dump ground beef and seasonings directly into pot and pour beef broth and water over it.
2. Add Bragg's aminos or coconut aminos, and/or tamari sauce as it browns and/or boils.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Once beef is cooked in pot, add vegetables on top of soup.
5. Rinse kelp noodles and drain. Cut into lengths if desired.
6. Add kelp noodles to beef soup and stir thoroughly. Turn off heat.
7. Let sit for five minutes.

Please adjust according to your tastes and preferences. Add chili sauce when served for extra flavor.
