| 1 14oz. | Can garbanzo beans (drained) |
| 1 14oz. | Can artichoke hearts (drained) |
| 1 clove | Garlic |
| 1 t. | Tahini paste (optional) |
| | Juice of 2 lemons |
| 1/4 c. | Olive oil |
Using a food processor, combine first five ingredients and process until smooth. Drizzle olive in slowly while processing.
Salt to taste. Sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate for 1 hour to blend the flavors.
Adjust amount of lemon juice to your preference. My family likes it tart! Great with pita bread, tortilla chips or just a side dish. Enjoy!
