Like dips? Love garlic? This is a favorite around here for its tartness.
1 14oz. Can garbanzo beans (drained)
1 14oz. Can artichoke hearts (drained)
1 clove Garlic
1 t. Tahini paste (optional)
Juice of 2 lemons
1/4 c. Olive oil
Using a food processor, combine first five ingredients and process until smooth. Drizzle olive in slowly while processing.
Salt to taste. Sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate for 1 hour to blend the flavors.
Adjust amount of lemon juice to your preference. My family likes it tart! Great with pita bread, tortilla chips or just a side dish. Enjoy!
