Ingredients

3 Chicken Breasts
1/4 cup Chopped onion
2 cloves Garlic
2 cans Black beans
1/2 can Tomato sauce
1/4 t. Salt/pepper
1/4 t. Chili powder
1/4 t. Cumin

Preparation

Cube chicken breasts and brown in large sauce pan. In another pan saute the onion and garlic till clear. Then combine onion,garlic and chicken in the large sauce pan. Add beans,tomato sauce, salt,pepper, chili powder and cumin to taste. Set at low simmer for atleast 1/2 hour. Serve topped with sour cream.
