| 1 cup | Diced Canadian bacon |
| 1 cup | Prepared pizza sauce |
| 1/2 cup | Canned crushed pineapple, |
| | Well drained |
| 1 cup | Shredded low-fat mozzarella |
| 1 can | (5-count) refrigerated flaky |
| | Biscuits |
| 1/4 cup | Shredded Parmesan cheese |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 10 muffin cups with cooking spray.
In medium bowl, combine Canadian bacon, pizza sauce, pineapple and mozzarella.
Separate biscuits into 5 biscuits. Split each biscuit in half to make 10 rounds. Pat each into a 4-inch circle. Press each round into prepared muffin cup. Spoon filling evenly among biscuit-lined cups. Sprinkle tops with Parmesan.
Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
