Crunchy strips of fish, tangy tartar sauce, crisp lettuce, slivers of sweet onion, ripe tomato and creamy mozzarella cheese complete this full-meal wrap!

Ingredients

1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
12 ounces Frozen crunchy fish filet strips or fish sticks, thawed
1/3 cup Prepared tartar sauce
4 (8-to 10-inch) flour tortillas
2 cups Shredded lettuce
1 Medium tomato, thinly sliced
1/2 Small sweet onion, thinly sliced
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet. Cook fish until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.

Spread tartar sauce over one side of each tortilla. Layer lettuce, tomato, onion and fish strips down center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll and fold the filled tortilla. Cut in half on the diagonal to serve.

A devious but delicious way to get the whole family to eat fish!
