Ingredients

2 cups Instant rice
2 cups Water
1 cup Raisins
1 package Instant fat-free, sugar-free vanilla pudding
2 cups Low-fat or fat-free milk
2 tablespoons Ground cinnamon

Preparation

In a glass bowl, add rice, water and raisins. Microwave on high for 8 to 10 minutes, until water has evaporated and rice mixture is soft. In another glass bowl add pudding and milk. Stir with a wire whisk for 2 minutes. Place raisin-rice mixture in a square pan. Stir in vanilla pudding. Top with cinnamon. The pudding will still be warm. Serve immediately.

brown rice is a lot better with this recipe and the cinnamon is over kill.......reduce it and add some nutmeg...............much better :)

2 TBSP cinnamon is too much try less next time
