Chicken Noodle Casserole

My kids love this and it is good to make for that friend that has just got done having an operation or for a PTA meeting.

Ingredients

1 can (103/4oz.) cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

2 tbs. Lemon juice

2 cups Cubed chicken cooked

1 Large onion chopped

1/4 cup Chopped green peppers

1/4 cup Chopped sweet red pepper

1 cup (4oz.) shredded Monterey Jck cheese divided

1 cup (4oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese divivded

12 oz. Medium egg noodles cooked and drained ( i use no-yoke)

Preparation

In large bowl combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add the chicken, onion, peppers, 1/2 cup of monterey jack cheese and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese; mix well. add noodles and toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 2 qt. baking dish. Bake uncovered, at 350 for 30-35 minutes. sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake 10 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender and cheese is melted.
