Curried Cheese Muffins

An interesting way to dress up English muffins

Ingredients

one 4 1/2 oz. Can chopped black olives

1 Small onion, minced

1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

1/2 tsp. Curry powder

6 English muffins

1/2 stick Butter

Preparation

Combine olives, onion, cheese, mayonnaise, and curry powder in a small bowl. Mix well. Split muffins and toast lightly in oven. Spread thinly with butter, then with the cheese and olive mixture. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 500 degrees for about 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Remove from oven and serve.
