Easy Broccoli and Ham Topped Muffins

These easy breakfast treats are also great for a light supper.

Ingredients

2 English muffins, split, toasted

4 Thin slices deli ham or Canadian bacon

4 slices American cheese

2 cups Frozen broccoli florettes

1 package (.9-oz.) hollandaise sauce mix

1 cup Skim milk

2 tablespoons Butter, if desired

Preparation

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cook broccoli as directed on the package.

2. Meanwhile, place muffin halves on ungreased cookie sheet. Top with ham and cheese. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

3. Meanwhile, prepare sauce mix with milk as directed on the package. Add butter, if desired.

3. Spoon cooked broccoli over top of each muffin.

4. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the sauce over each muffin. If desired sprinkle top of each with paprika.
