This is one of my daughter's favorite snacks. It's so easy that she can make it when she comes home from school or whip it up for breakfast.

Ingredients

1 16oz. Container nonfat plain or vanilla yogurt

1 Banana, sliced

1 10oz. Package frozen sweetened strawberries, partially thawed

3/4 cup Orange juice

2 tbs. Wheat germ, oat bran or rolled oats

Preparation

Place all ingredients in blender container. Blend 30 seconds to 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into glasses. Garnish with fresh strawberry, if desired.

IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE WITH ORANGE JUICE, AS I DO, ADD PINEAPPLE JUICE OR APRICOT JUICE.
