Turkey Stir-Fry

A simple, nutritious dish that kids love.

Ingredients

1 lb Turkey breast, sliced into strips

2 Carrots, sliced on the diagonal and microwaved for 3 minutes to soften

1/2 Each red and green bell pepper, sliced into strips

1 cup Broccali florets or snow peas

1 Small can pineapple chunks

3/4 cup Teriyaki or Stirfry sauce

Cooked brown rice

Preparation

In wok or heavy, large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons Canola oil over medium heat. Add turkey meat, and cook until brown. Add veggies and pineapple and juice, and cook until veggies are done. Add sauce, stir to coat and heat.


Serve over brown rice.
