An impressive but easy lowfat delicious artichoke dip

Ingredients

1/2 cup Dry white wine
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
1 14oz Can artichoke hearts (in water), drained and chopped
1/2 cup Grated parmesean cheese
1/4 cup Nonfat mayonaise
1/4 cup Nonfat plain yogurt
1 tsp Minced garlic
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/4 tsp. Oregano
Sliced baguette or water crackers

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients and put in a small baking dish sprayed with nonstick oil spray.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.

Serve warm with baguette slices or water crackers.

Cook's Notes

This appetizer can be prepared a day ahead of time and baked just before serving. Leftovers can be re-heated and are just as delicious.
