| 1 tbsp | Water |
| 1 | Small apple |
| 2 tsp | Splenda No Calorie Sweetner |
| 1 tsp | Ground cinnamon |
| 2 tbsp | Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Oats |
Put water into bottom of a custard bowl. In a separate small bowl, combine Splends, cinnamonk, and oats. Sprinke oat mixture on top of apples. Microwave 1-2 minutes or until aples are tender, OR in oven, bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until apples are tender.
