2 Ripe mangos
2 Cucumbers
2 Meduim size tomato
1/2 cup Pitted olives
1/4 cup Pine nuts
1/4 teaspoon Dill
1 tablespoon Olive oil
Cut ripe mangos,cucumber and tomato into cubes.Cut the pitted olives into halves.Mix all ingredients in a serving bowl and spray with dill and olive oil.
Manila mangos are use for this recipe. However,any ripe mango will do.
