Quick fix dish my family loves. The filling can also be used with manicotti shells & either marinara sauce or alfredo sauce.

Ingredients

1/2 lb Shrimp, cooked & shelled

1/2 lb Crabmeat or imitation crab

8 oz Ricotta cheese

1 Tube refrigerated crescent rolls

8 oz Pkg five cheese blend (italian or whichever your house prefers)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Dice crabmeat & shrimp.

In medium mixing bowl, combine seafood with cheese.

Open Crescent rolls, unroll but do not seperate. Press each 2 triangle seams together to make a square.

Put 1/2 of filling in each square & cover with another square of

roll dough.

Press to seal side seams. Place on cookie sheet.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until crust is golden brown.

Cut in half & serve.

Very quick and easy! There was too much filling to fit in the roll, but I just baked the extra filling in a small container by itself.
