| 1 pkg | Chopped frozen spinach |
| 1/4 stick | Margarine or butter |
| 3 | Eggs |
| 3 tbs | Flour |
| 1/2 lb | Velveeta or Cheddar cheese |
| 1 cup | Cottage cheese |
Cook spinach in microwave. Drain. Melt butter into drained spinach. Dice cheese and mix into hot spinach. In seperate bowl, beat eggs and flour.
Mix egg mixture into spinach then fold in cottage cheese.
Bake in covered casserole dish for 45 minutes at 350 degrees
