Cheese and Spinach Souffle

Easy recipe with spinach, cheese, eggs, and cottage cheese

Ingredients

1 pkg Chopped frozen spinach
1/4 stick Margarine or butter
3 Eggs
3 tbs Flour
1/2 lb Velveeta or Cheddar cheese
1 cup Cottage cheese

Preparation

Cook spinach in microwave. Drain. Melt butter into drained spinach. Dice cheese and mix into hot spinach. In seperate bowl, beat eggs and flour.

Mix egg mixture into spinach then fold in cottage cheese.

Bake in covered casserole dish for 45 minutes at 350 degrees
