Ingredients

1 bag Frozen hash browns
1 pack Country gravy mix
1 box Chicken stock
Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste
1/4 c Green onions
1/2 c Cooked bacon
1/2 c Shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Put hash browns and chicken stock in pot and turn on high for about 10 minutes. Potatos should start to soften. Dissolve gravy mix in some hot water and add to potato/chicken stock. Simmer on low for about 20 minutes. Taste. Add any salt/pepper/garlic powder to your taste. Top with your choice of green onions, bacon crumbs or cheese.

Cook's Notes

Can add 1/2 cup of 1/2 & 1/2 for a littler richer taste.
