Ingredients

4 Brown Eggs
1 1/2 c Almond Milk
1/2 c Sugar
1 c Rice Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking soda
4 tbs Melted Butter

Preparation

Whip Eggs

In separate bowl mix Almond Milk, sugar, salt, and baking soda

Mix in Rice Flour

Mix in melted butter

Heat large skillet and spray generously with non stick spray.

Pour 3/4 C batter onto skillet. As soon as you can get a spatula under all the sides, flip (cook just like you would an omlet!).

Fill with your favorite goodies & roll!

Some of our favorites are :

-Baked apples (or apple pie filling) with cinnamon & sugar

-Strawberries, Blueberries & Whipped Cream

-Butter topped with maple syrup

Savannah's favorite is butter & powdered sugar rolled up & topped with mapel syrup!
