1 cup Soy burger crumbles
2 Large baking potatoes, cubed and cooked
3 tb Ketchup
1/4 t Chili powder
1/4 t Garlic salt
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Place potatoes and soy burger in large casserole dish. Mix in ketchup, chili powder, and garlic salt. Cook in microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir and top with parmesan cheese.
