Ingredients

1 Loaf white bread, cut into cubes
12 beaten e Ggs
8 oz Softened cream cheese, cut into cubes
1 cup Maple syrup
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Powdered sugar

Preparation

Create layers in baking dish: half cubed bread, cubed cream cheese, remaining cubed bread, cinnamon, sugar, maple syrup. Pour eggs over layered ingredients. Refrigerate covered for 8 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
