Ingredients

1 pkg Ground Turkey
1 Small Onion
1 pkg Frozen Spinach
1 jar Spaghetti Sauce
1 pkg Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles
1 Small container Fat-Free Cottage Cheese
1 Small container Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese
1 cup Shredded Cheese

Preparation

Sauté ground turkey with chopped onion. Add thawed spinach and spaghetti sauce. Layer in 13X9 inch pan mixture, lasagna noodles, cottage and/or ricotta cheese & shredded cheese, keep layering. Add 1 cup of water over all. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 (take foil off for last 10 minutes of baking to add a little crunch).

Really good! Next time I will add a bit more sauce.
