My family loves this quick one-dish casserole and its simple ingredients are things that are usually on hand. No special trip to the market required. Add a salad and dinner is ready.

Ingredients

4 cups Coarsely crushed Frito's or similar chips

1 pound Ground turkey

1/2 cup Chopped onion

1 can Chili beans, undrained

1 8-ounce Can tomato sauce

1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

Place chips in a lightly greased 9-inch pie plate. Cook turkey and onion in a skillet until the meat is no longer pink and the onion is limp. Drain. Season meat mixture with salt and pepper then pour mixture over chips. Combine the beans and tomato sauce and pour over meat. Top with cheese.

Place in oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
