Ingredients
2 cups Shredded green cabbage
1 cup Shredded red cabbage
1 Large cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced)
2 tbsp. Onion finely diced
4 Tomatoes (diced)
8 Radishes (thinly sliced)
1 Large lime (squeezed)
1/2 cup Chopped cilantro
3 tbsp. Sliced jalapeno brine
Preparation
Place all vegetables in bowl. Add lime juice and jalapeno brine. Season with salt. Mix well and enjoy.
Hints:
Let sit for a few hours and serve at room temperature.
