1. Saute meat with onion and pepper to taste. When cooked, add mushrooms and 3/4 c. water, bouillion, garlic salt, salt, and celery salt.
2. Bring to a boil, turn down, add lid and let simmer 20 minutes.
3. Turn heat down slightly, and add cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Serve with egg noodles or rice.
