Ingredients
6 Pre-cooked lasagna noodles
15 oz Favorite pasta sauce
Filling:
16 oz Cod, crabmeat, clams, haddock or other white-fleshed fish
1 cup Low fat cottage cheese
1/4 c Low fat parmesan cheese
1/4 c Egg substitute
1 t Onion flakes and parsley flakes
Preparation
Precook noodles, let cool. Combine filling and blend well with a spatula or fork. Spoon and spread 1/3 cup filling onto each noodle. Roll all noodles tightly, seam side down and put in deep baking pan. Pour sauce on top. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
