1 Tomato
1 Celery stalk
1 Cucumber
1/2 c Tomato juice
1-2 t Lemon juice
1 Dash grated garlic
1 Dash olive oil
2 Okra
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
1. Peel, de-stem and roughly chop all vegetables.
2. Blend vegetables until smooth.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste
4. Serve in dishes garnished with chopped okra and pepper.
