A great alternative to pasta salad. Easy to prepare.
1 1lb. Box orzo
1 pint Grape tomatoes, halved
1 Medium cucumber, peeled and cut in 1 inch dice
1/2 lb Feta cheese, crumbled
Green onion chopped,optional
Greek style vinaigrette
Cook orzo according to directions on box. Set aside and allow to cool. Combine next four ingredients with the orzo. Add vinaigrette to taste.
