I am only giving this a 3 stars because so many changes were necessary. With a 12 oz package of egg noodles I had to use 4 - 6 oz cans of tuna instead of just 1. I also added a full package of frozen veggies (we didn't have peas, so I used a peas/carrot blend). I also found that one small can of cream of celery soup was nowhere near enough to cover this entire batch, so I had to add lots of mayo to make it creamy and edible. We also do not eat potato chips, so I added some Wheat Germ to the top to give it a little texture and add nutrition. Our family loves the recipe the way I made it.

Everyone like this recipe. We used breadcrumbs instead of potato chips and it worked perfectly. Next time I might used a bit more cheese and mix some in the noodles.

Everyone in my family liked this recipe. I used a whole bag of frozen peas and only half the cheese. The crushed chips added a nice texture - maybe I'll try the breadcrumbs next time to make it a little healthier.

A simple classic, comfort dish. I get hungry for this every time the thermometer dips below 50 degrees at night. I've found that really any condensed "cream of" soup works well with this recipe. Also, panko breadcrumbs give a similar texture to potato chips with less fat and calories.
