Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Macaroni and cheese with tomatoes! :) It's delicious. One of my family's favorites.

Ingredients

1-2 Bricks of yellow cheese, cubed (like Sharp Cheddar, Colby, etc...)

1-2 Medium cans of whole peeled tomatoes, crushed, or diced.

1-2 lbs Elbow or medium shell noodles

Butter

Salt and pepper

1/2 cup Milk

Large oven/baking pan

Preparation

1.) Cook the noodles according to directions. Drain and place in an oven/baking pan.


2.) While noodles cook, cube cheese if necessary. Open all cans of tomatoes.


3.) Mix together the noodles, the cheese, and the tomatoes in the large oven/baking pan.


4.) Add salt, pepper, and butter to taste. Add milk as well.


5.) Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let cool for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!
